Megan Stowe (Weissenstein) is a dedicated director passionate about creating positive change through storytelling.

Drawing inspiration from her own experiences as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, she aims to explore narratives that address themes like identity, acceptance, and the celebration of joy. By exploring these universal themes within the broader context of the human condition, she aims to create art that touches the hearts and minds of viewers, fostering empathy and understanding while celebrating the diverse and interconnected nature of our shared humanity.

Throughout her career, Megan has developed a distinctive blend of experience, which includes expertise in LGBTQ+ storytelling, documentary filmmaking, and commercial directing. Leveraging her extensive background in directing documentary-style content and working closely with real individuals, she brings a profound understanding of the human experience to her work. This distinctive viewpoint seamlessly translates into her direction of actors, enabling her to guide them in delivering authentic and impactful performances.

With a focus on fostering awareness and acceptance of LGBTQ+ individuals, her journey has been profoundly rewarding.

One of her most notable achievements was directing the award-winning short film "Learn with Love," aimed at changing hearts and minds about the transgender and nonbinary experiences of LGBTQ+ youth. This campaign garnered three Gold Telly awards, was short listed for a Clio Award in Film Craft (Direction) and was awarded a People's Voice Webby award, confirming its impact and effectiveness.

In 2023, Megan's dedication earned her recognition as one of The Verywell Mind's 25 Health Champions, alongside esteemed figures like Selena Gomez, Brené Brown, and Carson Daly.
